What can change a quote

The fee may increase where a case involves multiple occupations, more than one federal state, several qualifications, lengthy course descriptions, documents from multiple institutions or more than one official letter. We confirm the scope and total price in writing before paid work begins.

Costs paid elsewhere

Our fees do not include German authority charges, database statements, sworn translations, notarisation or certification, postage, examinations, adaptation courses, travel or immigration applications. Those costs vary and are paid directly to the relevant provider.

Payment and scheduling

Payment is due after scope confirmation and before the scheduled review begins. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. For cancellation and rescheduling rules, read the refund and cancellation policy.
