Information we collect
Website inquiries may include your name, email, intended service, timeframe and message. If you proceed, we may receive identification details, education and employment records, professional registration information, authority correspondence, invoices and meeting notes. Please avoid sending health, criminal-record or unrelated family information unless the agreed service genuinely requires it.
Why we use it
We use information to answer inquiries, assess and perform the requested service, communicate, invoice, maintain business records, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, the basis is steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.
Sharing and processors
Limited data may be handled by hosting, email, secure storage, video-meeting and accounting providers under appropriate arrangements. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to public authorities only at your direction or where law requires it; we do not file recognition applications as your representative.
International transfers
Our work may involve access or processing in Thailand, Germany or another country used by a service provider. Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards and assess provider protections. Ask us for information about safeguards relevant to your engagement.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiry messages are normally deleted within 12 months. Client case files are normally retained for three years after completion so we can answer scope and service questions; invoices and records required by law may be retained longer. We delete or anonymise data when the applicable period ends unless a dispute or legal duty requires preservation.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority. Rights can have legal exceptions; we will explain any refusal.
