Recognition case review

Who this is for

This review is designed for a professional qualified in Thailand who has chosen a target occupation in Germany but is unsure whether formal recognition is required, which authority handles the case, or how existing evidence corresponds to the application requirements. It is particularly useful before paying for certified translations.

What the review covers

• your exact intended occupation and the German federal state where you expect to work;
• whether the occupation is regulated, non-regulated, or governed by a chamber or trade-specific procedure;
• the likely competent authority and official source to verify;
• degree, diploma, transcript, curriculum, training-hour and employment records already available;
• likely requirements for translations, certified copies and proof of identity;
• visible gaps, dependencies and questions to put to the authority;
• a concise written action note delivered within three business days.

The engagement does not include legal representation, visa advice, sworn translation, authority fees, filing an application in your name or a guarantee of equivalence. Final requirements and decisions belong to the responsible German authority.

Before the meeting

Complete a short intake and send legible scans of the qualification documents you want discussed. Remove unrelated personal data where practical. If you have already contacted an authority, include its written reply and reference number.

During and after

We meet by encrypted video for 75 minutes. The discussion follows your occupation rather than a generic checklist. Within three business days, you receive a written note recording the route discussed, evidence priorities, open questions and the next official contact. One clarification email is included for seven days.

Price and timing

The fixed fee is €285. Translation, certification, postage and authority charges are separate and paid directly to the relevant providers. Most reviews can be scheduled within seven business days after the intake is complete.
