1. Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use this website or purchase advisory work from Module Pilotcore. By confirming a written scope and paying the stated fee, you accept the version supplied with that engagement.
2. Nature of the service
We provide independent research, document organisation and general administrative guidance concerning German qualification recognition and professional licensing. We are not a government authority, law firm, immigration adviser, sworn translation service or educational institution. We cannot guarantee recognition, licensing, employment, a visa or any timetable controlled by a third party.
3. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, legible and lawfully obtained information, disclose relevant authority correspondence and verify application requirements with the competent body. You remain responsible for submissions, deadlines, fees and decisions made using our guidance.
4. Scope and changes
The written confirmation defines the occupation, jurisdiction, documents, meetings and deliverables included. Additional qualifications, authorities, lengthy records or new correspondence may require a revised quote. We will not begin added work without approval.
5. Fees and scheduling
Fees are payable before work begins unless the confirmation states otherwise. Third-party costs are excluded. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions appear in our refund policy.
6. Intellectual property
We retain rights in our checklists, explanatory frameworks and original written materials. After full payment, you may use the case-specific note for your personal application. You may not resell, publish or present our general materials as your own.
7. Confidentiality and data
We handle client materials only for the agreed service and related administration, subject to our privacy notice. Internet transmission and video meetings carry inherent security risks; do not send unrelated sensitive records.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for authority decisions, changing rules, third-party delays, translation errors, missed deadlines outside our control or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where such a limit is prohibited.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.
